JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 Pursuant to the order dated 24.06.2019, the answer book of the petitioner was evaluateded by the Professor and Head of the Department of Surgery, Patna Medical College and Professor and Head of the Department Surgery, Nalanda Medical College and Hospital and result of re-evaluation was sent to this Court in shield cover.

From the report in the sealed cover it is manifest that there was no irregularity in the evaluation by the examiner and petitioner answer book was properly evaluated and marks was properly awarded.

Considering the report submitted by the Professor and Head of the Department and Nalanda Medical College and Hospital, the Court does not find any merit in the writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11881 of 2019(4) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed. The report of the experts dated 08.07.2019 is kept on the record of this case.
