The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,307,316 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioners Lalita Devi and Manju Kumari assaulted the informant with bamboo stick, thereafter co accused Mohan Manjhi, Motichand Manjhi (Petitioner no. 1) and Deonath Manjhi (petitioner no. 2) assaulted the sister of the informant, as a result her seven month pregnancy got

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36515 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 terminated.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the trial of co accused, the informant has not supported the accusation and the informant retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, Saran at Chapra. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
