The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 190 of 2017 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. There is admitted rivalry between the parties on account of Pramukh election. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. During investigation no material has come against these petitioners.

No.26097 of 2017 (4) dt.25-07-2017 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.
