In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

As per allegation, three bags of Foreign Liquor being 96 piece of Mcdowell Celebration each of 180 Ml, 48 piece of Mcdowell Celebration each of 375 ML, 40 piece of Imperial Blue each of 180 ML, 8 piece of Royal Challenge each of 750 ML and 10 piece of Royal Stage each of 375 ML have been recovered from the vehicle. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 17.8.2016.
