This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person robbed the informant on the road. During investigation, on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, name of the petitioner surfaced in this case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2017. Investigation is complete now. However, the petitioner was never put on test identification parade nor anything was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 145 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions
