ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No.11 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is based on suspicion and that he has no criminal antecedents. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Uma Kant Yadav @ Rama Kant Yadav has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by another Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc. No.30674 of 2015, vide order dated 31.7.2015.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.30354 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Kishanpur P.S.
