2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 33, 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act and Section 2, 27, 29, 31, 50 of the Wild Life Protection Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of cutting the wood from the forest.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He is in custody since 08.04.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah at West Chamaparan/concerned Court below in connection with Bettiah West Champaran G.O. Case No. 67-F/2022 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Manpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
