Having regard to the fact that the petitioner faces prosecution for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the allegation against the petitioner of assault gets substantiated from the injury report, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. But then nothing said in this order, however, will come in the way of the petitioner in surrendering and making prayer for regular bail, which will be decided on its own merit without being prejudiced anything said in this order.
