====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 206 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 421, 188, 269, 270, 271, 290, and 291 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the coaccused, namely, Shyam Sundar, Krishna Kumar, Nitish Kumar Shrikant Singh and Niranjan Kumar have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.41020 of 2020 by a co-ordinate Bench
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37748 of 2020(6) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 of this Court and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 206 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
