Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion on basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2016. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44398 of 2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1990 of 2017 (3) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016.
