JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition Excise Act.

It is alleged that total 17 bottles of Royal Stag has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and co-accused Md. Shamir.

It has been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.3.2017. He has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24260 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II cum Special Judge, Katihar, in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 119 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
