JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case 406 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per written report, Police got information that somebody is burning plastic coated copper wire of BSNL in a Bamboo orchard, they reached there, but on seeing the police party the accused person managed to flee away. The villagers disclosed the name of that person as Santosh Sahni (petitioner). Accordingly, the seizure list was prepared.
It has been submitted that mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. He is in custody since 20.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.24393 of 2017 (2) dt.25-05-2017 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S.
