In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 47(a) (b) of the Bihar Excise Act and Section 57 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016 and Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the police recovered huge quantity of foreign liquors of different brands from the petitioner which were carried by the petitioner in a vehicle for trading purpose.
