JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No. 349 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner kidnapped minor sister of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is love affair between the petitioner and the victim girl.

In view of the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C of the victim girl in which she had disclosed that it was the petitioner who kidnapped her forcibly and committed rape upon
