The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Paliganj Case No. 188 of 2010, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim was suffering from 'Epilepsy' and she died due to Epilepsy. However, it is strange that no one died in Epilepsy and dead body of the victim has been disposed of without intimation to her naihar of the victim nor even reported to the public authority like police nor post mortem of the victim has been conducted and there is allegation of demand and subjected to cruelty. The petitioner is husband of the victim.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected. m.p.
