The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that having similar allegation co-accused Manish @ Manish Kumar @ Nitish Kumar Barnwal has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 35370 of 2016 on 21.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is also directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with
