The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 188, 283, 337, 153A and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The groups were brick-batting against each other. The petitioner was identified as member of one of the groups. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation is general and omnibus and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 06.04.2017. The other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 24018 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 24332 of 2017 by another co-ordinate

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada P.S.
