The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act. Allegedly, 1900 live cartridges were recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The named of the petitioner has come in this case merely on the basis of suspicion. Except for suspicion, there is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. 1900 live cartridges are alleged to have been recovered from the foothill in an abandoned state. The petitioner has got no concern with

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2017.
