Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 51 of 2020, P.R. No. 39 of 2019-2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43804 of 2022(3) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Mujaffarpur in connection with 51 of 2020, P.R. No. 39 of 2019-2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the Police Station- Town, District- Muzaffarpur on the 1st Sunday of each month.
