Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 354, 504/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

On the order of Ram Sarvar Sahni, (petitioner no. 2), Sanjay Sahni (petitioner no. 1) is alleged to have thrown bomb causing injury to Dharmendra Sahni. The accused persons fled away after explosion.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Dharmendra Sahni got two injuries caused by hard and blunt substance and not on account of explosion of bomb. He further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31423 of 2015 (3) dt.13-10-2015 submits that there is counter version by way of complaint petition filed by Sanjay Sahni on the basis of which Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 242 of 2014 was registered against Gulab Sahni, Chhote Sahni and son of the informant and others.

Considering the fact that petitioner no. 2 Ram Sarvar Sahni has got criminal antecedent and there is specific allegation against Sanjay Sahni that he exploded bomb, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 191/2014 pending in the court of Smt. Ranjula Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur. Their prayer for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Amin/- U
