Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioners apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State has filed a counter affidavit, in which It is stated that the opposite party no. 2 is residing with the petitioner, as mentioned in para-3 of the counter affidavit.

Case No. 387 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
