2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 448, 323, 504, 506, 498(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 183 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event he expresses his willingness to keep the opposite party no. 2 with due dignity and honour.

4. Despite issuance of notice on OP No. 2 none

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29753 of 2015 (3) dt.29-04-2016 appears on her behalf when the matter is called today.

5. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 29.07.2015 pending in the Court of Smt. Pratibha, learned J.M. Ist Class, Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 183 of 2014 is hereby confirmed.
