The petitioner apprehends his arrest in C.R. No.1337 of 2018 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner registered under Sections 498A, 383 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant herself alleged that she was married with the petitioner in the year 1999. She further alleged that her husband and others subjected her to all sorts of torture. Her husband and other accused persons brought her at Donar on 23.09.2018 and left her there. The accused persons demanded a tractor and money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the

After 19 years of marriage, the wife of the petitioner lodged the case on account of some petty family dispute. The petitioner is a train driver and he has falsely been implicated in the case only to put some undue pressure.

Learned A.P.P., however, opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the complainant lodged the case after 19 years of her marriage with the petitioner making allegation that on 23.09.2018 her husband and other accused persons left her at Donar and asked to go to her parents' house. She, of course, made allegation that she was subjected to all sorts of torture but she never made complaint about ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Darbhanga in connection with C.R. No.1337 of 2018 (Trial No.3221 of 2019), subject to
