JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, when the matter has been taken up for consideration on merit, a counter affidavit is being filed on behalf of the respondents, which is taken on the record.
Learned State counsel submits that, in view of the averments made in paragraph no.5 of the aforesaid counter affidavit, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
