The petitioner seeks bail in R.B.A. No. 524 of 2019 arising out of Cheria Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report there is specific allegation against Laxmi Sahni and Nunumani Ram of assaulting brother of the informant namely, Madan Kumar, on account of which, he died on the way to hospital.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has come on the basis of confessional statement of Sulendra Kumar who is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with R.B.A. No. 524 of 2019 arising out of Cheria Bariarpur P.S.
