Petitioner, Manoj Manjhi, is in custody since 04.10.2016 in connection with Chapra Mofussil (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 179 of 2016 registered under Sections, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Excise Act. 3.

According to prosecution case, 24 liters of countrymade liquor were recovered from the possession of petitioner. 4.

Considering the quantity recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the period of detention of this petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
