The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 (G.R. No. 251 of 2017) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that the petitioner is mother-inlaw of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is already in custody.
As per the written report, general and omnibus allegation has been made against this petitioner. She is in custody since 14.01.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
