JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Mushahari P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that her minor daughter aged about 15 years has been kidnapped by this petitioner with intention to marry her. The statement of victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she stated that she had gone to the house of her sister. She stated that she likes this petitioner and she has voluntarily gone with him.

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24307 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge-III, Muzaffarpur subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
