2. Petitioner apprehends regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366 (A) , 341 , 323 , 504 and 34 of the IPC .

3. As per F.I.R., informant has alleged that when her minor daughter had gone to attend the call of nature she was kidnapped by this petitioner. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C has supported the prosecution case .

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case false and fabricated case . No such occurrence as alleged as ever took place . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioners are in custody

5 . Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C and gravity of offence , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.
