2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45481 of 2023(3) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
