JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 This application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.5.2015 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 18513 of 2014 insofar as the station of the District Magistrate appearing in the memo of parties is concerned.

Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence and oversight instead of 'Patna', the station of the District Magistrate has been mentioned as 'Nalanda' and it so occurs in the order sheet. He submits that the appellate authority in the case of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1608 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 petitioner would be District Magistrate, Patna and not District Magistrate, Nalanda and thus the petitioner may be permitted to make appropriate corrections in the memo of parties and at appropriate places in the writ petition during the course of the day. Learned counsel is permitted to make the modification so prayed.

In consequence the station of the District Magistrate as mentioned in the order dated 21.5.2015 passed in CWJC No. 18513 of 2014 stands modified to read as District Magistrate, Patna in place of District Magistrate, Nalanda and shall be deemed to have been pronounced accordingly.

This modification application is allowed.
