The petitioner is accused in connection with S.T. No. 279 of 2016 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/ 26(i)(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 07.03.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 6195 of 2017. Further submission is that while the petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2016, but till today, the charge has not been framed. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24599 of 2017 (3) dt.20-09-2017 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Munger, in connection with S.T. No. 279 of 2016 arising out of Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
