The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act, but cognizance has been taken under Sections 341, 342, 324, 307, 504, 506, 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of hockey-stick, due to which he sustained injuries on his head.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has

The injury report is of private Hospital. Same cannot be relied upon. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 16.03.2019. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 16.03.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S. case No.133 of 2018.
