The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false as the concerned parties had never approached the bank for any vehicle loan nor he had received any money. It is further submitted that the loanee and the guarantor have already allowed anticipatory bail by this Court in Cri. Misc. No. 50496 of 2014 vide order dated 7.5.2015. Considering the fact that main accused persons Sanjay Kumar Rai and Ajeet Kumar Mandal have already been availed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30788 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 benefit of pre-arrest bail and that there is no distinct role of this petitioner who is the owner of the Auto Company, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S.
