The Petitioner seeks bail in NDPS 03 of 2017 arising out of Matihani P.S. Case No.24 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.
It is alleged that 200 grams Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2017 and he has no criminal antecedents. It is further submitted that 200 grams Ganja is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, which is under the definition of 'small quantity'.
Keeping in view the clean antecedents of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24207 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st-cum-Special Judge (NDPS Act), Begusarai, in connection with NDPS 03 of 2017 arising out of Matihani P.S.
