The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 408 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the Chief Executive of Ideal Dealers Pvt. Ltd. a finance company being authorized for sales, service and spares of commercial vehicles of Tata Motor. It is alleged that co-accused Sunil Kumar Agarwal being the Chief Manager of the finance division of the said finance company in league with this petitioner being the Assistant therein collected Rs.1,60,10,175/- from the different borrowers

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46590 of 2014 (02) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 but did not deposit in the account of the finance company and thereby misappropriated the money.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that Sunil Kumar Agarwal is in responsibility of the alleged money, who has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 11903 of 2011.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 352 of 2010 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
