JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 784 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the IPC. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant Chandan Kumar is the Branch Manager of Bank of Baroda, Nawada Branch. On 03.12.2014 at about 2.30 P.M. in the noon his staff Pankaj Kumar informed him about transaction in an account and when he called the account holder, he started tearing some documents and trying to conceal and when the informant inspected the account he found inter sole transaction in huge amount and when the informant asked his name and address he started fleeing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29589 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 but deputed security guard caught him who disclosed his name as Ajay Kumar and thereafter informed the police station and when police came he handed over him to the police. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. As per the allegation, the main allegation is against one Ajay Kumar. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has appeared in course of investigation. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 748 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
