The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Trial No. 1165 of 2013 arising out of Dumra P.S. Case No. 253 of 2012, G.R. No. 2277 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioner who has assaulted the informant and victim has been injured and she is also eye witness to the occurrence.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
