Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is hopeful of getting his appointment on the post of Chaukidar, all that this Court can say is that the case of the petitioner cannot be considered in isolation, inasmuch as, after the year 1990, the post of Chaukidar, being a government post, has to be filled up by following the mandate of Article 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India.
That being so, if the respondents feel the necessity for filling up the post of Chaukidar, in question, as being sought to be agitated by the petitioner of this writ application, the same may be
Patna High Court CWJC No.10133 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 filled up of-course by giving an opportunity to every rightful candidates including the petitioner in accordance with law as is laid down under the Rule.
With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
