The petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2018 in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 517 of 2017 for the offence registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the first information report is against unknown, subsequently, on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by co-accused, Rajni Kant Kumar, name of the petitioner transpired that the petitioner was also involved in the occurrence. It is further submitted that in the said confessional statement one Batohi Kumar @ Vivek Kumar had also been named and he has since

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 517 of 2017.
