Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 47 (a) and 50(d) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. 5 liter country made mahua liquor, tablets and some apparatus which are used in manufacturing country made liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 23.8.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Uda-kishunganj District Madhepura/ concerned court in Puraini P.S. Case no. 69/2016.
