ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2017 in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.184 of 2015 (G.R. No.830 of 2015) registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a rice miller, who had come to this Court for grant of anticipatory bail, which had been granted. Subsequently, the matter traversed to the Supreme Court, where certain directions have been given. In pursuance thereof, the petitioner has provided security at the time of agreement itself to the tune of Rs.1,68,10,000/- but despite that, the petitioner has now

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has provided sufficient security, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua (Kaimiur), in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.184 of 2015 (G.R. No.830 of 2015).
