2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Alamnagar P.S Case No. 110 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioners along with coaccused have assaulted the informant and her family members.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38719 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against petitioner nos. 2 and 3 and allegation are general and omnibus in nature. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.04.2025.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that there is no specific allegation of assault against petitioner nos. 2 and 3 and allegation are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioners are under custody since 07.04.2025.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, materials available on record and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M, 1st Class Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S Case No. 110 of 2025.
