The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 28 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of one Ram Swaroop Mahto. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that 28 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of one Ram Swaroop Mahto. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of

On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sheikhpura, in connection with Excise Case No. 426 of 2017, arising out of Sheikhpura P.S.
