2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 252 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons is said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is brother-in-law (Nandosi) of the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. The petitioner is a absconder.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah at West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S.
