ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the FIR, the estimated loss occasioned is to the tune of Rs.3,35,827.00/- only. He further submits that after filing of the aforementioned FIR, the petitioner has already deposited on 08.01.2015 the equivalent amount for which he has filed the photocopy of the Demand Draft (Annexure-3).

Considering the aforementioned submission, learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation has no objection.

Let the petitioner Anil Kumar, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 5 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U
