A show cause is filed on behalf of opposite party No.3, in which it is stated that the Bihar Nursing Council has been reconstituted by notification dated 13.05.2015 issued by the Government of Bihar. The copy of the said notification has been annexed as Annexure-A to the show cause.

It is, accordingly, submitted by learned counsel for the State that the order under contempt dated 24.7.2014 has been complied with.
