Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. . Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. At the time of the alleged occurrence petitioner was at Government Middle School, Mubarakpur Krishi Farm and he has no connection with the alleged offence. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.06.2018.
