2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that being Principal of M.R. Janta College, Maheshpatti misused his post and allowed one Pushpam Kumar Pushpam to appear in place of Bishnu Kumar in the intermediate examination.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Entire allegation is false and concocted. In fact, the registration of Bishnu Kumar was made in session 2019-21 (Inter Science), but he did not fill up the form, but the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51510 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 said Bishnu Kumar took admission in JJS College Bela Megh in session 2021-23. There is no mention of registration number of said student in FIR. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from the post of Incharge Principal. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
