This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 363, 366(A), 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others kidnapped the daughter of the informant. Submission is that the matter is of love affairs and both have entered into court marriage. The impugned order would also reveal that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has admitted the love and marriage with the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II,
